This semester 10 students from the University of Oslo studied under a special program, which included the study of the Russian language, regional studies, preparation and passing the test of Russian as a Foreign Language.
Students significantly increased the level of the spoken Russian language, successfully passed academic exams and were tested at the first certification level.
The testing was attended by the official tester of the Head Testing Center of St. Petersburg State University Nadezhda Dubinina, who highly appreciated the knowledge of Norwegian students.
A student from Austria, Antonia Maria Spannagl, in addition to learning in the language center conducted some lessons of German language in Institute of foreign languages of PetrSU, and has received good feedback from students and the Director of the Institute of the foreign languages Inna Kreneva.
A student from the Netherlands, an artist Rosmarijn ten Hoopen presented her art installation to Petrozavodsk residents.

The teachers and the staff of the Linguistic center worked with great pleasure with such talented young people.
Students also actively participated in youth activities, attended sports classes, such as Thai Boxing, and of course visited the sights of Karelia, Moscow and St. Petersburg.
